Who You'll Work With: You will join our Buenos Aires office as part of our Spanish Latin America HR team. You will work with HR colleagues and our operations teams. You will work with the People Operations team on shared processes, following best practices and jointly problem solving on ongoing process improvements. You will play an essential role in taking our HR function to the next level by supporting the managers in Spanish Latin America offices. You will report to the HR manager.

What You'll Do: You will provide counsel and advice to stakeholders on a wide range of employee relations and personnel matters, escalating to the manager of HR and/or firm legal as needed. In this role, you will have ownership or act as back-up for key HR processes and functions. You will deliver exceptional support to our colleagues while ensuring the firm is compliant with all legal requirements. Some of the processes you will be responsible for may include onboarding new colleagues, employee engagement initiatives, handling employee queries and employee relations. You will address concerns and complex HR issues in collaboration with the manager of human resources. You will provide support for colleagues across paths, departments, functions and seniorities. You will support the implementation of digital people systems in the location and secure harmonization and standardization together with global process owners. You will also conduct thoughtful and thorough data analysis, projections and correlations for decision making on HR, people and senior leadership levels. You will support the launch of new initiatives for employee engagement, rewards and recognition and onboarding as well as ignite new ideas for other HR initiatives and people related projects. Your support and guidance will be of critical importance to the HR leadership on talent management processes like evaluation and compensation processes as well as within the full employee lifecycle processes.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree; master's and/or other professional degree in HR is a plus - 4+ years of experience in a global organization with progressing responsibilities in HR/employee relations, and operating as an HR business partner is a plus - Strong knowledge of relevant statutory labor laws, regulations and various rulings; familiarity with various types of rewards and recognition schemes/benefits preferably within a Latin America scope - Entrepreneurial mindset to lead change and think strategically; thorough knowledge of Latin America-specific HR practices in adjacent industries of consulting, technology, analytics, etc. - Proven quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for details - Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Ability to operate in ambiguous contexts - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
