Scaled Account Management, Team Lead Responsibilities:
Deliver against sales and other business goalsLead a high-performing team of Account ManagersHire, Coach, develop and inspire your direct reportsBecome an expert in Meta's solutions for businessesIdentify actionable insights and capture opportunities to improve client results and team strategyDevelop and implement programs to improve the advertiser experience and develop the marketMonitor progress against goals and respond to changes in the marketWork cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experienceMinimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree7+ years of work experience in sales, marketing or related fieldsExperience leading high performing teamsProven problem-solving and strategy development experienceExperience building working relationships inside and outside of an organizationPreferred Qualifications:
Account Management Responsibilities:
Build strong and lasting client relationships based on trust, asking better questions and delivering true, measurable and sustainable results.Guide the client toward making wise decisions based on your strong understanding of ecommerce.
