With a proven track record in delivering exceptional results, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Marketing Consultant Team Leader to join our sales team and drive success.
As an Online Marketing Consultant Team Leader at 411 Locals, you will lead a team of sales closers, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining a productive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:Demonstrate successful selling techniques and transfer skills to your team.Monitor team attendance, availability, and adherence to company policies.Enforce compliance with organizational standards, including login, phone time, pause time, and talk time targets.Ensure team discipline, manage leave schedules, and maintain a high-performing workforce.Uphold the company's code of conduct and sales floor policies.Performance & Target Management:Work closely with managers to assign and communicate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets.Create and implement strategic plans to achieve team KPIs and sales goals.Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.Present and defend team performance data during periodic reviews with management.Coaching & Development:Recognize and reward top performers within the team.Identify improvement opportunities for underperformers and develop action plans.Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and structured training sessions.Foster continuous skill development to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in digital marketing or related industries.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.Proficiency in performance management, coaching, and mentoring.What We Offer:
