Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new business clients, focusing on distributors in the FMCG sector to expand our market presence.Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Training and Development: Provide training and awareness sessions to ensure stakeholders understand our product offerings and value propositions.Negotiation and Closing Deals: Engage in contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.Qualifications and SkillsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the FMCG industry.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of accountability.Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred ExperienceExperience with FMCG and restaurants is a must.
