Job Title: Sales Representative - Passenger Vehicles

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Imperial Technoogies Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting day-to-day sales of Passenger vehicles, identifying leads for potential customers, and educating prospects on products through calls, training, presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source potential customers and generate leads for Passenger vehicles through your contacts.
  2. Prepare Passenger car sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for Sales Manager's action.
  3. Present and sell Passenger car products and services to current and prospective clients.
  4. Receive Passenger car customers and attend to their needs in the most professional manner.
  5. Record and document all Passenger car sales transactions and activities in compliance with company policies.
  6. Handle Passenger car customers' inquiries and identify and resolve their concerns.
  7. Efficiently handle Passenger car customer complaints and take appropriate action.
  8. Maintain an up-to-date Passenger car sales activity diary to prepare weekly sales reports for the Sales Manager.
  9. Keep an up-to-date Passenger car customer correspondence file to track each Passenger car customer.
  10. Follow up on Passenger car referrals and new leads resulting from field activity.
  11. Participate in Passenger car promotion activities and initiatives as required.
  12. Assist in collecting Passenger car sales statistics to determine sales growth of the company.
  13. Attend all scheduled sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales, goals, and obstacles.

Requirements:

  1. Certificate or Diploma in a sales, marketing, or business-related course.
  2. At least 3 years working experience in Passenger car sales.
  3. Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is a plus.
  4. Good knowledge of manual and computerized sales systems.
  5. Proficiency in computer use, including computerized sales software.
  6. Interpersonal, public relations, and communication skills.
  7. Good negotiation skills.
  8. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
