Cfaomobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions in Kenya, offering a wide range of products and services to its customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Kisumu Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and gather market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales and Account Management: Actively follow up on new leads and referrals to build relationships with clients and close sales deals.
  • Product Knowledge and Quotations: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and prepare accurate quotations to assist in closing sales.
  • Sales Order Management: Create and manage sales orders in our system to ensure timely invoicing and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Retention and Referrals: Maintain regular contact with clients to promote retention and generate referrals and new business opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence and Reporting: Provide regular market intelligence and sales data to management and the marketing team to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in sales and marketing or other relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years' working experience in sales in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, driving skills, and product knowledge.
