About the Role

The Sales Consultant is a key member of our dealership team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, working closely with them to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our luxury vehicle offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Work with customers to identify and meet their needs, negotiating sales and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and exceeds their expectations.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of luxury vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Service: A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
