Executive Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills (C1 level)
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to inform sales decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to coach and motivate team members
  • Experience contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes
