Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our sales development representative and account executive team in all aspects of sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills (C1 level)
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to inform sales decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to coach and motivate team members
  • Experience contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes
