The Ideal Candidate:Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  2. Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
  4. Market Intelligence: Identify market trends, competitors, and potential sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  5. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Lifting of architect folders and carpet samples (up to 25 lbs) frequently required.
  • Pushing and pulling of samples and supplies may be necessary.
