**Job Description**:
This position is responsible for all aspects of Proposal Development supporting the Solution Proposals preparation and completion of all deliverables, completion of internal cost reviews and completing the tender on time to meet customer and Sensia requirements.
Responsible for the bidding process regarding large, complex issues including IT services, solutions, design or manufacturing services. Project manages the bidding process from initial contact through contract signing, with particular emphasis on establishing the trading terms. Responsible for validating and endorsing the technical solution. At the highest authority levels, signs off on bids and proposals.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree qualified in engineering or business related course
10+ years’ experience preferably in systems proposals and in the O&G industry.
Self motivated with mínimal supervision required.
Proven negotiating abilities and keen commercial acumen
Attention to detail and experience managing complex RFQ’s for a wide range of customers (i.e. EPC, Reps, End Users).
Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution capabilities are required.
Must communicate well with personnel at all levels; this includes verbal and written communications.
Ability to communicate effectively with customer and end user, maintain a positive and professional manner.
**Preferred capabilities**:
Experience in O&G business within Argentina, Peru, Bolivia countries.
Commercial Knowledge (cashflow, payment terms, types of bidding process)
Experience in Public Tender process
