MicroStrategy Argentina is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our Brokerkit Demand Generation Team. This role will play a key part in managing technology and data for outbound prospecting and inbound leads, as well as running a 'Done For You' (DFY) managed campaign professional service for our CRM customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing tech solutions for optimal lead generation and seamless integration with existing systems
- Utilizing research tools to build prospect lists, supplement databases, and maintain lead databases
- Overseeing and optimizing lead generation campaigns for Brokerkit and individual accounts
- Monitoring lead progress within the CRM, initiating task-based alerts for appointment readiness
- Integrating new lead sources into customer accounts
- Generating concise weekly reports for Brokerkit prospecting and monthly reports for each account
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of lead generation experience and be proficient in tech-savvy lead generation and campaign management. Additionally, they should be an organized researcher, identifying high-potential outbound leads, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $5-10 USD, commensurate with experience, and a full-time remote work arrangement as an international contractor.
