As a Tendering and Sales Support Expert at TE Connectivity Corporation, you will play a key role in the sales and marketing process. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the tendering process, from receipt of RFQ to submission of tenders.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include reviewing customer documents, developing tender proposals, and working closely with Product Management, Account Managers, and Technical Service Engineers to define product offerings. You will create bid cost models, work with Legal & Pricing functions, and organize stakeholder inputs.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business field. Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering is required, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Cross-functional collaboration and indirect leadership skills are also essential.

Candidates should have a high level of initiative, adhere to deadlines, and possess electrical engineering knowledge and system-savvy skills. Experience in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Packages is necessary. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also required.

This role involves traveling up to 25% of the time, requiring a strong understanding of TE Energy's product portfolio and MS Project. Fluency in English is mandatory.
