The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of the Sales Team by booking meetings with decision-makers.
You will work closely with our Sales Manager and have the opportunity to develop to a more senior role.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Lead generation: Send emails to potential customers and partners. Make follow-up calls.
- Provide the sales team with data reports and contribute to updating sales operations.
- Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
- Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales & support strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets. Identify where improvement is needed and suggest improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Business, Digital Business, Marketing, Commerce, Technology careers or similar degrees.
- Excellent writing and speaking English skills.
- Knowledge of sales practices and customer service techniques.
- Experience using HubSpot or any CRM is a plus.
- Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry.
- Self-motivated and with a start-up mindset, eager to learn and independent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a problem-solving and negotiation character.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong connection to sports is a plus.
