Pursuit Coordinator - Senior Associate - EY GlobalJob Summary: The position in discussion is with the Pursuits Enablement sub function in EY GDS Markets.
The GDS Pursuits Enablement COE serves as an extension to the onshore Pursuit teams involved in direct Bid Management Processes.
The Pursuit Coordinator provides end-to-end support to onshore pursuit teams, assisting with project management, content development, research and analysis, and liaising with interdependent groups.
This role will execute globally consistent strategies, methodologies, and processes as defined by the Global Center of Expertise (CoE) Leadership.
Essential Functions of the Job Strategic Pursuit and Opportunity Management: Realizes small projects/sub-projects throughout the pursuit process, e.g., development of research packs, stakeholder profiles, credentials, market share data, competitor analysis, etc., during pre-RFP and proposal development stages.Source information from relevant internal sources and teams.Draft standard sections of the proposal/RFP response using standard templates and best practice proposal materials.Collate CV/team book.Manage projects of pursuits/proposals.Strategic Pursuit Communications: Manage updates of content in pursuits terminals/SharePoint sites including generic proposals, service line presentations, and workbooks based on input from the Pursuit Teams.
Help update client presentations and proposals with content from research and input from our teams.
Administration and Reporting: Responsible for archiving and maintaining a repository of Regional, Market Segment, or Service Line client-facing collateral.
Assist with reporting and quality control procedures for client-facing collateral.
Coordinate support services as required.
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities: Effectively handle routine tasks including follow-up and respond appropriately to unexpected situations, communicating concerns to Pursuits Enablement leadership as needed.
Exhibit innovative thinking and a flexible approach while managing out-of-scope requests.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Good business acumen; understanding of Business Development and Pursuit Management; excellent English communication skills; good project management, coordination, and negotiation skills; prior experience in pursuits/pre-sales/bid management; project management; experience with SharePoint is desirable.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree required (preferably MBA in Marketing/International Business); 4 - 6 years of Pursuits/Bid experience; proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
