Key Responsibilities
- Execute globally consistent strategies, methodologies, and processes as defined by the Global Center of Expertise (CoE) Leadership.
- Realize small projects/sub-projects throughout the pursuit process, e.g., development of research packs, stakeholder profiles, credentials, market share data, competitor analysis, etc., during pre-RFP and proposal development stages.
- Source information from relevant internal sources and teams.
- Draft standard sections of the proposal/RFP response using standard templates and best practice proposal materials.
- Collate CV/team book.
- Manage projects of pursuits/proposals.
- Manage updates of content in pursuits terminals/SharePoint sites including generic proposals, service line presentations, and workbooks based on input from the Pursuit Teams.
- Help update client presentations and proposals with content from research and input from our teams.
- Responsible for archiving and maintaining a repository of Regional, Market Segment, or Service Line client-facing collateral.
- Assist with reporting and quality control procedures for client-facing collateral.
- Coordinate support services as required.
Requirements
- Good business acumen; understanding of Business Development and Pursuit Management; excellent English communication skills.
- Good project management, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in pursuits/pre-sales/bid management; project management; experience with SharePoint is desirable.
