We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist to join our team. As a Contract Management Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of contracts, including planning, drafting, obtaining approvals, signing, registering, filing, and tracking.
You will work closely with project managers to understand programmatic needs and advise on how to meet programmatic demands in a timely manner through appropriate contracts. You will also ensure compliance with TNC's Code of Conduct, values, policies, and procedures, as well as external requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Contracts: Plan, draft, obtain approvals for, sign, register, file, and track contracts for the Argentina Business Unit.
- Advise Project Managers: Work closely with project managers to understand programmatic needs and advise on how to meet programmatic demands in a timely manner through appropriate contracts.
