As a Regional Employee Engagement Specialist at GlobalLogic, you will play a vital role in planning and executing in-person or virtual events and initiatives that foster connection among employees locally and globally.

  1. You will serve as the go-to resource for key stakeholders in LATAM, developing and improving upon our local employee engagement strategy.
  2. Amplify and execute key company initiatives and global events locally (e.g. Regional Kick-Off, Salesforce Birthday, Global Volunteer Month).
  3. Create innovative events and campaigns that celebrate local holidays, culture, and business milestones for local employees to be engaged, recognized, and more connected.
  4. Support Leadership, Internal Communications, and Human Resources to execute business-facing events (e.g. Employee All Hands, Town Halls, regular updates).

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  2. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  3. A strong sense of ownership, creativity, curiosity, and strategic mindset.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
