Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute brand plans that meet local market needs and drive business results
- Collaborate with medical and access teams to ensure alignment on marketing and commercial strategies
- Partner with the Regional Therapeutic Area Lead to drive strategic alignment and business growth
- Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis and monitoring to identify opportunities for optimization
- Manage financial resources and budget to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement data management practices to capture and analyze field insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical experience in marketing or a relevant function
- Fluency in Business English (advanced level)
- Broad knowledge and experience of the Argentine healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
- Previous experience in the designated therapeutic area (Oncology)
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to influence and inspire across stakeholders in a matrix organization
