About the Role
The Digital Sales Development Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion for SAP's Cloud ERP & LoB footprint in NNN & IB across all industries. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Development Executives (SDEs) and overseeing the execution of sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in assigned territories
- Manage a team of SDEs, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of expertise and effectiveness
- Oversee the recruitment, development, and management of SDEs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Solutions, to drive sales execution and achieve business targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven business decisions to optimize demand generation tactics
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key strategic customers, partners, and executives to drive sales growth and expansion
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment
- Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer-facing experience, phone-centric work
- High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM/Contact Management System
- Education/training on people management, human resources, coaching, or related field
- Passion for leading people and at least 1 year of previous experience leading people as Team Leader or Manager in hybrid/remote working environments
- Fluency in English required
- Fluency in any other regional language preferred
- Master or equivalent business experience
