Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant in our Buenos Aires office, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the office by providing front office support to customers, collating expenses reports and dealing with external suppliers. You will also be responsible for ensuring the office is presentable at all times.

Responsibilities

  • General office administration: timely payment of invoices, budget control, liaison with suppliers and service providers, petty cash administration, filing and maintenance of the filing system, logging of staff time-off.
  • Providing front office support including dealing with incoming calls, answering general enquiries from customers and passing more complex support enquiries upstream.
  • Timely, accurate collation and return of office expense reports, ensuring all necessary pre and post approvals are recorded and attached as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, preferably vocational training in administration or accountancy.
  • Native speaker in a local language and excellent English (minimum C1).
  • Strong computer literacy, IT skills, good interpersonal skills, especially on the phone, good organisational skills and ability to work independently.
