About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Analyst to join our team at Coca Cola. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and processing transactional activities for our local customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process transactional activities, including order entry, documentation creation, complaint handling, delivery creation, and forecast entry.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive enhancements in key metrics such as the Perfect Order Rate (POR).
  • Support the Customer Service team in refining current activities to amplify productivity and create efficiencies.
  • Provide backup support for the Customer Account Specialist to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service.
  • Offer versatile and flexible support for other functions within Supply Chain Services as necessitated by operational demands.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of enhancing operational processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for fostering collaborative working relationships.
