About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Strategist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and grow a network of key customer decision makers at our Enterprise Informatics install base accounts.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs across an account and translate them into executable account strategies.
  • Own sales opportunities end-to-end, collaborating with product-focused Sales Specialists to provide deep product expertise.
  • Manage a software sales funnel and prioritize opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to deliver on results.
Requirements
  • Preferred bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets.
  • Preferred in-depth experience of selling Healthcare IT products in a clinical environment, and/or great knowledge of hospital ecosystem.
  • Deep customer-orientation, track record of ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key decision makers.
  • Able to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce).
