Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at eTeacher Group. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer complaints and concerns.
- Utilize specialized offers and tools to retain customers and escalate issues requiring extensive problem-solving.
- Work closely with the finance department to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Exceed customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets.
- Accurately enter customer information into our database.
- Navigate multiple software applications and technologies simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Bilingual: English/Hebrew, a must.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge and ability to cope with and resolve escalated customer service issues.
- Sense of Urgency.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict skills are a must.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to effectively multi-task.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Experience in a call center environment a plus (training will be provided).
- Proficiency with computers is an advantage along with an aptitude to learn our phone and database systems.
- Negotiation skills.
