About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at eTeacher Group. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Utilize specialized offers and tools to retain customers and escalate issues requiring extensive problem-solving.
  • Work closely with the finance department to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Exceed customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets.
  • Accurately enter customer information into our database.
  • Navigate multiple software applications and technologies simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual: English/Hebrew, a must.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge and ability to cope with and resolve escalated customer service issues.
  • Sense of Urgency.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict skills are a must.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Experience in a call center environment a plus (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency with computers is an advantage along with an aptitude to learn our phone and database systems.
  • Negotiation skills.
