The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Agent to join our team. As a Junior Back Office Agent, you will be responsible for analyzing results of BPO vendors to ensure optimal customer experience and maintaining stable operational plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer support
  2. Participate in the Scrum process and monitor operational queues
  3. Handle Special Cases (RG and DPO issues) and work with internal compliance and legal processes
  4. Perform CSAT analysis focusing on promoters and passives, with occasional attention to detractors
  5. Identify and highlight opportunities for process improvement
  6. Conduct daily calls for alignment and improvement initiatives

  • Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office, G-Suite
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Availability to work in shifts (24/7), including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
