About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at Essity. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing commercial processes across various clients to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial processes across various clients to achieve sales objectives
• Lead the team to implement the commercial value proposition with the goal of achieving profitable sales growth
• Plan and control the monitoring model for sales fundamentals
• Strengthen close and trustworthy relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty
• Direct, assist, and motivate the team under your responsibility to ensure adequate performance and productivity

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar positions
• Willingness to travel
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in sales and/or trade marketing
• Experience managing teams
