Job Description:

As a Human Resources Business Partner at dentsu, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of our market/client group HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development and delivery of market/client group HR strategy, leading communication, implementation, and measurement of key people initiatives and programmes within own business area to foster a vibrant, fast-paced, and high-performance culture.
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS with stakeholders, acting as a confidante, coach, and constructive challenger.
  • Develop employee careers through roles and assignments that provide unique opportunities to build experience and skills using career and talent frameworks.
  • Understand organisational capabilities and develop those capabilities through the HR strategy. Develop a robust understanding of business financial performance and commercials.
  • Lead and/or support business leaders in key organisational change management initiatives (M&A's, organisational culture change, business process re-engineering, reorganisations).
  • Work with line leaders to ensure engaging career development plans are developed and implemented for employees, leveraging the framework provided by the talent team.
  • Drive an effective approach to performance development with line leaders, supporting business leaders in providing effective feedback to motivate high performers and improve poor performers or deal with the lack of performance as needed.
  • Solve key employee issues which might pose a significant risk to the business and organisation in own business area.
  • Ensure people practices are effective in embedding and reinforcing our values, developing leaders to be strong ambassadors of the vision and values.
  • Mobilise commitment and accountability for employee engagement through senior managers, acting as a support and advisor for line leaders in the area of Employee engagement.
  • Act on HR initiatives that will drive change and champion a more diverse workplace.

Salary: Estimated salary range is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
