Job DescriptionRole SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team as a strategic advisor and business partner. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies, drive business results, and improve the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance development, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance workforce management, such as utilization planning, headcount forecasting, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, including marketing strategy, customer insights, and operational transformation.
- Drive performance management processes, including annual planning, coaching, and feedback.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Participate in leadership meetings, provide input on business planning, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of relevant work experience in human resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with business leaders and develop strong credibility.
- Sound analytical acumen and ability to interpret business metrics.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong mental agility and unstructured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to proactively collaborate with the business and broader HR team to bring value to clients.
- Experience interfacing with international audiences and cross-office teams.
- Strong project management and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate and work across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain high-level confidentiality and work with sensitive data and information.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task while working against tight timelines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Sense of humor appreciated.
