Position Summary
We are in search of a driven and seasoned Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Specialist to become a part of our team on a part-time basis. The EPM Specialist will take charge of deploying and refining enterprise performance management solutions for our clientele, aiding them in improving their planning, budgeting, consolidation, and financial analysis operations. This position necessitates a combination of technical and advisory skills, along with a profound comprehension of EPM tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of EPM Solutions in Pigment: Design, configure, and execute EPM solutions tailored to the unique requirements of clients.
- Analysis of Requirements: Collaborate with clients to grasp their business workflows and needs, offering effective recommendations and solutions.
- Optimization of Processes: Assess and enhance current financial workflows to maximize efficiency and precision.
- Training and Assistance: Deliver training to end-users and continuous support to ensure successful integration of implemented solutions.
- Management of Projects: Organize and oversee EPM projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Development of Reports: Design and personalize reports and dashboards that deliver essential insights for informed decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work in conjunction with internal and external teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to guarantee successful implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an EPM Specialist or in a comparable role (experience with Oracle EPM, Workday, or similar is acceptable)
- Robust understanding of EPM tools and methodologies (experience with Pigment is advantageous but not essential)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in managing multiple projects and delivering results punctually
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Advanced proficiency in English
