Position Summary
We are in search of a driven and knowledgeable Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Specialist to become part of our team on a part-time basis. The EPM Specialist will play a crucial role in the deployment and enhancement of enterprise performance management solutions for our clients, assisting them in refining their planning, budgeting, consolidation, and financial analysis workflows. This position necessitates a combination of technical expertise and consulting acumen, along with a comprehensive understanding of EPM tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of EPM Solutions in Pigment: Design, configure, and deploy EPM solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
- Analysis of Requirements: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business processes and requirements, offering effective recommendations and solutions.
- Optimization of Processes: Assess and enhance existing financial workflows to maximize efficiency and precision.
- Training and Ongoing Support: Deliver training to end-users and continuous support to ensure successful integration of implemented solutions.
- Management of Projects: Plan and oversee EPM projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Development of Reports: Generate and customize reports and dashboards that deliver critical insights for informed decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work alongside internal and external teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to guarantee successful implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an EPM Specialist or in a comparable role (experience with Oracle EPM, Workday, or similar is acceptable)
- In-depth knowledge of EPM tools and methodologies (experience with Pigment is advantageous but not essential)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in managing multiple projects and delivering results punctually
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Advanced proficiency in English
