Sales Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team as a Waste Management Sales Consultant. As a Waste Management Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our growth by compelling businesses to switch to a superior waste management service.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls daily to businesses to upsell our services using a simple pitch.
- Maintain a 40% activity rate by making a minimum of 100 call minutes/day.
- Contact leads provided by the company and engage with them until you connect with a decision-maker.
- Convince clients to switch their waste management service to us, who cover the termination fee.
What We Offer
- $480 - $1,200 / month compensation.
- Uncapped commission for every closed sale.
