Job Summary
The Inside Sales Specialist will be a key member of Lenovo's ISG Transaction Support Services organization, providing presales and maintenance support to Lenovo Sales Reps and Business Partner Reps (BP Reps) in support of customers.
Through cross-functional, integrated service solution execution, this candidate will be responsible for high-level tasks such as contract creation, maintenance, contract reporting, quotes, and contract packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Creation and Management
- Validation of Terms and Conditions
- Contract Maintenance and Renewals
- Contract Registration and Proposal Development
- Solution Design and Configuration
- Audit-Ready Documentation Creation and Storage
Requirements:
- 3+ years of contract administration experience
- Strong PC background (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Customer Satisfaction and Escalation Management
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Facilitation and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects/priorities
