World Business Lenders (WBL) specializes in providing short-term, real estate-backed commercial financing solutions to a diverse clientele of small and medium-sized enterprises across the United States, particularly those with limited access to conventional funding options. WBL operates with a fully remote workforce.

This position is a remote Contract/Consultant role. Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although additional hours may be required based on operational needs. Proficiency in both oral and written English is essential. Resumes must be submitted in English.

Position Overview:

Due to our rapid expansion, we are excited to offer a significant opportunity within our Administration Department. The Administration Manager will oversee projects and initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency across our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate policies, procedures, documentation, and reporting mechanisms for all company departments.
  • Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across the organization.
  • Design comprehensive project plans from inception to completion.
  • Work collaboratively with department leaders to ascertain requirements, track progress, supervise implementation, and manage milestones and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure project success.
  • Allocate and oversee resources to optimize project efficiency and deliverables.
  • Adhere to project timelines, identify potential obstacles, proactively address risks, and effectively escalate and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of various initiatives.
  • Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Experience in the loan or mortgage industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Teams is required.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must possess a personal laptop or desktop, as the company does not provide equipment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Contract/Consultant position.
  • Compensation is dependent on experience.
