Job Summary

This Senior Patient Service Coordinator role focuses on delivering quality support to patients and diagnostic areas within the Patient Services Department at Takeda Argentina.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Establish innovative partnerships between Takeda, patient associations, advocacy groups, and third-party vendors to address patient needs and challenges.
  2. Collaborate with Corporate Affairs & Patient Leads colleagues on internal and external activities, ensuring smooth execution and administrative tasks.
  3. Work closely with various departments and external vendors to guarantee timely execution of activities and plans, particularly in relation to patient services.
  4. Assist in developing and creating materials and deliverables for patient services.
  5. Manage internal patient projects, providing a 360-degree approach and preparing outcome measurement reports.
  6. Participate in preparing and updating materials such as newsletters, internal communications, intranet posts, etc.
  7. Provide support to colleagues from other areas regarding procurement and internal processes related to patient services.
  8. Oversee the budget of the Patient Service department, working closely with Patient Leads, Procurement, and Finance to ensure accurate deliverable stocks and proactive follow-up.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Social Sciences or Communications degree or related field (exclusive).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and execute activities efficiently.
  • Firm adherence to processes and procedures.
