Senior Patient Service Manager

This Senior Patient Service Coordinator role focuses on delivering quality support to patients and diagnostic areas within the Patient Services Department at Takeda Argentina.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish innovative partnerships between Takeda, patient associations, advocacy groups, and third-party vendors to address patient needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with Corporate Affairs & Patient Leads colleagues on internal and external activities, ensuring smooth execution and administrative tasks.
- Work closely with various departments and external vendors to guarantee timely execution of activities and plans, particularly in relation to patient services.
- Assist in developing and creating materials and deliverables for patient services.
- Manage internal patient projects, providing a 360-degree approach and preparing outcome measurement reports.
- Participate in preparing and updating materials such as newsletters, internal communications, intranet posts, etc.
- Provide support to colleagues from other areas regarding procurement and internal processes related to patient services.
- Oversee the budget of the Patient Service department, working closely with Patient Leads, Procurement, and Finance to ensure accurate deliverable stocks and proactive follow-up.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Social Sciences or Communications degree or related field (exclusive).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and execute activities efficiently.
- Firm adherence to processes and procedures.
