The role of the Senior Patient Service Coordinator is to deliver high-quality support to patients and diagnostic areas in the Patient Services Department.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop strategic partnerships between Takeda, patient associations, advocacy groups, and third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with Corporate Affairs & Patient Leads colleagues on internal and external activities, and perform administrative tasks.
- Work closely with various departments and external vendors to ensure timely execution of activities and plans.
- Assist in creating materials and deliverables for patient services.
- Manage internal patient projects, providing a comprehensive approach and preparing outcome measurement reports.
- Contribute to the development of materials such as newsletters, internal communications, intranet posts, etc.
- Support colleagues from other areas regarding procurement and internal processes related to patient services.
- Oversee the budget of the Patient Service department, working closely with Patient Leads, Procurement, and Finance to ensure accurate deliverable stocks and proactive follow-up.
Key Expectations:
- Continuously improve performance, contribution, knowledge, and skills.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant developments in communication topics in the market.
- Ensure compliance with all Takeda policies.
