Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will play a key role in managing daily operations, optimizing workflows, and handling a mix of tasks. The ideal candidate must be extremely proactive, tech-savvy, and emotionally intelligent, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks without micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbox management: pre-writing drafts based on expected responses, creating templates for repetitive responses, and curating non-urgent information for efficient review and response.
  • Calendar management: actively structuring time and booking meetings.
  • Conducting background research on guests and organizing due diligence digests on potential investments and deal sponsors.
  • Drafting and editing emails/newsletters using email platforms.
  • Editing videos using Descript (training available if needed).
  • Building and maintaining SOPs to streamline recurring tasks.
  • Tracking due dates for staff and investment-related commitments.
  • Maintaining a personalized CRM, tracking key relationships and interactions.
  • Managing social media messages and curating responses as needed.
  • Handling travel logistics, including flight research, bookings, and arrangements.
  • Overseeing select personal tasks, such as booking appointments and hiring contractors.
  • Updating and maintaining WordPress content as needed.
