About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the North American market. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about sales.

Job Description

This role involves identifying, sourcing, and closing new business opportunities in the North American market. You will use strong prospecting and consultative sales skills to balance contacting warm inbound leads for your pipeline and working a targeted account list.

  • Position the value of Agorapulse's software with medium-sized businesses using the Inbound methodology.
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey to help them understand how Agorapulse can grow their business impact from social media.
  • Identify and prospect into good fit accounts that may or may not have Agorapulse knowledge or experience.
  • Manage a pipeline of both inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers.
  • Dissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if Agorapulse can be a strategic investment for their business growth.
  • Closely monitor your sales performance to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Over 2 years of full-cycle sales experience, from prospecting to closing new business.
  • A strong hunter mentality, with a proactive approach to attracting new clients through varied outbound methods.
  • An open mindset focused on persistence, resilience, and being highly coachable.
  • The ability to work autonomously while effectively communicating with internal teams remotely.
  • Maintenance of a positive outlook, a growth mindset, and taking full responsibility for both successes and failures.
