About the Role
We are seeking a competitive and determined Sales Representative to join our Nursing Home Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with clients, providing support, information, and guidance regarding our products and services, as well as researching and recommending new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Prospecting call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
- Identifying customer's buying trends and providing reports to management
- Entering, updating, and maintaining CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Establishing and developing relationships with prospects, and recommending product solutions through outbound and inbound calls and emails
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
Requirements
- A High School degree or GED equivalent required
- A college degree is strongly preferred in Business or another business-related degree
- Proven successful experience in sales is strongly preferred
- English language speaking level B2 or higher with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
