Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Solvo Global Sas. This role involves supporting Account Managers and Senior Sales Operations Specialists in various sales-related tasks.

About the Role

In this position, you will play a crucial part in optimizing sales processes, data management, and tool utilization. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Estimating total potential market size and building high-quality lead lists
  • Removing technical obstacles and enhancing reports, tools, and automations
  • Supporting the team with CRM integrations and sales tech stack administration

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Specialist, your key duties will include:

  • Creating and maintaining accurate lead lists to ensure the team has the best leads to approach
  • Developing and implementing visualizations and dashboards based on the team's specific needs
  • Handling data sourcing, structuring, cleaning, and visualization to match specific requirements
  • Automating simple repetitive tasks using no-code or low-code tools like Zapier, Make, or Parabola
  • Documenting and improving various sales processes and technical integration guidelines
