As a Strategic Recruitment Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts, identifying and attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job Sourcing and Posting: Develop and post compelling job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates, leveraging your expertise in recruitment best practices.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through resume reviews and initial phone screenings.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
  • Talent Assessment: Assist in evaluating candidates through technical assessments and interviews, providing valuable insights to inform the hiring decision.
  • Candidate Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system, streamlining the recruitment process.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular updates on key recruitment metrics and progress to the Talent Acquisition team, enabling data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in recruitment principles.
  • Recruitment Experience: Proven experience or strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, with a focus on identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail ensures accurate and thorough candidate evaluation and documentation, maintaining the integrity of the recruitment process.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills enable seamless collaboration with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion of recruitment objectives.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or other HR software is a plus, enhancing the efficiency of the recruitment process.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a remote or virtual work environment, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
