About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Partner Operations Business Development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and scalable operations across our global partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for our Partnerships function, driving annual and quarterly planning, target setting, and change management initiatives.
  2. Lead Complex Change Management Initiatives: Spearhead complex change management initiatives to increase the breadth of our Partnerships programs and improve business performance.
  3. Own Recurring Business Processes: Own recurring business processes, reporting, and key systems to drive operational delivery of our Partnerships business, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  4. Collaborate with Revenue Ops Functions: Act as a lead collaborator with other Revenue Ops functions, including sales operations, sales compensation, pricing, deal desk, and pipeline operations.
  5. Manage Territory Carving and Quota-Setting: Own territory carving, territory updates, quota-setting analysis, and other data-driven priorities in planning and execution of the business.
  6. Lead Forecasting and Business Inspection: Help lead forecasting and business inspection cadence, ensuring accurate predictions and informed decision-making.
  7. Build Analytical Dashboards: Build analytical dashboards in Google Sheets or Looker to support business decision-making.
  8. Drive Revenue Growth and Scalable Operations: Work collaboratively with various stakeholders across our Go-To-Market functions, Finance, and Product team to drive revenue growth and scalable operations.
  9. Manage and Grow a High-Performing Team: Manage and grow a high-performing team of business analysts and program managers to deliver on team responsibilities at an exceptionally high level.
Requirements
  1. 6+ Years of Experience: 6+ years of demonstrated success in revenue operations, partner operations, or a business operations function at leading tech companies.
  2. 2+ Years of People Management Experience: 2+ years of people management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  3. Fluency with Salesforce and Adjacent Sales Productivity Applications: Fluency with Salesforce and adjacent sales productivity applications, with experience with partnerships tech stack a significant plus.
  4. Strong Understanding of SaaS Operations: Strong understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards.
  5. Experience Working on a Global Team: Experience working on a global team and collaborating with global stakeholders.
  6. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence rapid business outcomes.
  7. Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive detailed cross-functional projects.
  8. Nimble, Adaptable, and Resilient: Nimble, adaptable, resilient, resourceful, and gritty, with a good sense of humor.
