Senior Key Account Manager

Monster Energy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to lead our sales efforts with Modern Trade accounts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving top-line sales growth, developing the category, and leading our portfolio to be the most relevant player in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed volume and market share objectives.
- Manage channel promo calendar according to annual budget plan at the right price calendar and frequency.
- Collaborate and coordinate with distributor/bottler(s) in negotiating with Key Account buyer to maximize sales distribution, vertical and horizontal distribution, new product listing, point of sale placement, consumer promotion programs, and additional displays execution within the trade spend budget.
- Work with Distributor/bottler(s) sales team to expand new distribution.
- Monitor and coach training distributor merchandiser team to ensure instore compliance and develop incentive program to increase in-store display.
Requirements:
- Sales and sales planning experience in a retail, wholesalers and distributor sales environment.
- Proven knowledge of distributor and retail customer.
- Able to work independently while being a team player.
- Understanding of the business, multitasking, and hands-on skills.
- Computer skills, including Nielsen knowledge.
- Fluent in English (preferred).
