Job Summary:

The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key accounts in the Modern Trade channel. This role will require a strong understanding of the beverage industry and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed volume and market share objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account buyers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Monster Energy remains a leader in the market.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales and sales planning experience in a retail, wholesalers, and distributor sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the beverage industry and the Modern Trade channel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
