Job Summary:

The Senior Key Account Manager will oversee all sales activities and relationships with Modern Trade accounts to drive top-line sales growth, develop the category, and lead the Monster Energy portfolio to be a leading player in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed volume and market share objectives.
  • Manage channel promo calendars according to annual budget plans at the right price calendar and frequency.
  • Collaborate with distributors and bottlers to negotiate with Key Account buyers to maximize sales distribution, vertical and horizontal distribution, new product listings, point-of-sale placements, consumer promotion programs, and additional display executions within the trade spend budget.
  • Work with distributors and bottlers to expand new distribution.
  • Monitor and coach distributor merchandiser teams to ensure in-store compliance and develop incentive programs to increase in-store displays.

Requirements:

  • Sales and sales planning experience in a retail, wholesalers, and distributor sales environment.
  • Proven knowledge of distributor and retail customers.
  • Able to work independently while being a team player.
  • Understanding of the business, multitasking, and hands-on skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Nielsen knowledge.
  • Fluency in the country/regional language(s) and English preferred.
