**Job Summary**

As a Customer Experience Manager at Novartis, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans that meet sales revenue and market share targets
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS
  • Provide comprehensive solutions to customers through effective communication of complex information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and risks, and develop strategies to address them
  • Deliver presentations and communicate plans, programs, and services to customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer marketing, market access, or medical experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare system and its complexities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Possess strong analytical and business acumen skills
