**About the Role:**

We are looking for an Oncology Territory Director to join our team at Novartis. As an Oncology Territory Director, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the oncology space.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans
  • Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute initiatives to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and risks, and develop strategies to address them
  • Deliver presentations and communicate plans, programs, and services to customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer marketing, market access, or medical experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare system and its complexities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Possess strong analytical and business acumen skills
