About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at AgileEngine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Identify and research potential clients and prospects to create new business opportunities.
    • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Customize proposals to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Networking and Conferences
    • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand your network and build relationships with potential clients.
    • Represent AgileEngine professionally during in-person interactions.
  • Sales Lifecycle Ownership
    • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 1-4 years of sales or client-facing experience in a business development role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong charisma and ability to build relationships with clients.
    • Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities.
    • Self-motivated and high energy with a strong work ethic.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications).
  • Language
    • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
