The Virtual Account Manager will play a critical role in driving account success by developing and executing account acceleration strategies, co-developing and owning Client Experience (CX) strategy execution, and serving as a master connector across the account landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account acceleration plans to drive account growth.
  • Collaborate with global account leadership to define account strategy and plan.
  • Act as PMO on strategic account initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Grow internal firm relationships to expand network and understanding of capabilities.
  • Identify key areas for innovative transformation and develop plans to optimize processes and drive adoption.

Sales & Program Management

  • Manage annual global revenue planning process with service leaders on EY's priority accounts.
  • Drive Field of Play and integrated service line planning and activity across the account.

Information & Knowledge Management
