Job Description
\The Virtual Account Manager will play a critical role in driving account success by developing and executing account acceleration strategies, co-developing and owning Client Experience (CX) strategy execution, and serving as a master connector across the account landscape.
Key Responsibilities
\- Develop and execute account acceleration plans to drive account growth.
- Collaborate with global account leadership to define account strategy and plan.
- Act as PMO on strategic account initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Grow internal firm relationships to expand network and understanding of capabilities.
- Identify key areas for innovative transformation and develop plans to optimize processes and drive adoption.
Sales & Program Management
\- Manage annual global revenue planning process with service leaders on EY's priority accounts.
- Drive Field of Play and integrated service line planning and activity across the account.
- Actively promote solution activation, alliances, and managed services across the account.
Information & Knowledge Management
\- Work with GCSP and CE as one account team to ensure seamless account operations and interdependencies.
- Manage operating cadence of account team including core sales, operations, and marketing processes.
- Leverage GDS ecosystem to execute innovation initiatives and growth drivers.
