Job Overview: As a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement Programs at Corelight, you will be responsible for driving productivity and confidence among our global sales organization. This is a highly visible individual contributor position where quality, clarity, and scalability are paramount to your success.

About the Role: You will assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and metrics to determine performance gaps and identify opportunities. You will create and facilitate customized learning modules to meet long and short-term needs of various sales roles. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional technical employees to design, develop, and maintain key sales enablement content.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and metrics
  • Create and facilitate customized learning modules
  • Work closely with cross-functional technical employees
  • Maintain updated training content in a Learning Management System
  • Develop testing and certifications for sales teams
  • Collect feedback and measure efficiency of initiatives
  • Couch sales team on best use of enablement materials

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience designing sales enablement programs or sales training
  • 2+ years relevant experience working in the software industry
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver multiple parallel projects
  • Expertise in using common methodologies, tools, resources, and technologies important to sales
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
