Marketing CRM Strategy Manager and Product Owner

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive consumer revenue and engagement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of CRM initiatives.
- Review and synthesize consumer data, competitive space, and market trends to identify opportunities for program evolution and long-term planning.
- Develop technology investment plans and activation, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, and realization.
- Champion digital security and privacy, adhering to internal and external rigorous protocols to protect company and customer data.
- Establish and uphold best practice standards for digital commercial product operations.
- Promote and build global leaders, develop resources with the needed functional and technical skills required to meet K-C's growing application portfolio and changing technology needs.
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- 7+ years of leadership experience with large, global IT teams, focusing on the development lifecycle within product teams.
- 7-10+ years of demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in Marketing CRM technology and operations within an innovative and highly agile customer environment.
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving, solution definition, and root cause analysis & presentation.
- Experience in defining, integrating, and driving recommendations for CRM data models, and improving user experience by interpreting data and automating decision making.
- Advanced proficiency in SFMC AMPscript and SQL, and experience with data pipelines using cloud-based tools.
- 7-10+ years of demonstrable experience designing and deploying cloud scalable, resilient, secure data products leveraging tools like MS Cloud Services, Expert user of Tableau, CRM Analytics, Sigma, Snowflake, or SFMC SQL.
- Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environment.
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience in Agile and Product team workflows, including epics, features, stories, sprints, and backlog management.
- Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification preferred.
- Financial Fluency: P&L understanding, Business case development, OKRs, KPIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and passion for product development.
- Professional attitude and service orientation; team player.
- Strong work ethic; ability to work at an abstract level and gain consensus.
